The PoshPod Team
Martin comes from a background in nursing, working at North Shore Private Hospital in the oncology and cardio-thoracic nursing areas. He also worked for the London Clinic on Harley Street in the stem cell transplant unit.
Martin joined PoshPod in 2009. He specialises in gait analysis, injury management and orthotic therapy. Common ailments such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints and running injuries have been a focus of study and have in turn brought management protocols for injury prevention and treatment to PoshPod. Martin has spearheaded the use of new orthotic technology from Germany and Spain, Voxelcare at our Sydney CBD, Manly and Newtown clinics.
Martin plays cricket on the weekend and loves watching rugby.
Paul has been one of the most highly regarded health care practitioners in Sydney for over 54 years. After studying chiropody (podiatry) in London, Paul became the exclusive sole proprietor of Dr Scholl’s foot service in Jordan and the Middle East.
Paul began at the Elizabeth Arden Salon in Sydney in 1964 as its podiatrist, before establishing his own practice in Sydney’s Strand Arcade. PoshPod has been located in the Dymocks Building since 1976.
Paul is committed to providing the highest level of care, specialising in general and diabetic footcare. He also offers consults in Arabic and Armenian.
Paul loves reading crime novels and enjoying his young grandkids.
Neil has been an integral part of PoshPod for over 30 years, not only becoming a trusted and respected podiatrist in Sydney’s CBD but also a mentor to upcoming podiatrists. Neil studied at the Chelsea School of Chiropody and worked with the National Health Service in London before coming to Sydney in 1987.
Neil’s cheerful nature will have you feeling at ease during your treatment. He specialises in ingrown nails, and the removal of corns and calluses. Neil is also skilled in the application of Shockwave Therapy and designing custom orthotics to manage a range of lower limb issues.
Neil loves spending time in the outdoors with his rescue dogs.
Brianna is a confident and proficient practitioner who has been a part of the PoshPod team for many years. Brianna completed her studies at Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. Brianna was mentored closely by the entire PoshPod team throughout her training and has also spent time working in high risk and biomechanical clinics.
Brianna brings with her a varied experience within the podiatry field. She has special interests in dry needling, acupuncture and musculoskeletal techniques. Brianna is also efficient and experienced in general podiatry and diabetic footcare.
Outside of work you’ll find Brianna trying new restaurants and spending time with her dogs Hank and Hugo.
Nathan has been a long-time friend of PoshPod, being a student through the practice a number of years ago from University of Newcastle. Nathan has a strong sports focus. He is able to relate to the professional sportsperson, having played in the FFA cup and National Premier League for Western Workers in the Hunter. He brings an intricate knowledge of what it takes to perform, train and rehab at the elite level.
Nathan is a strong practitioner in all facets of podiatry, bringing a suite of skills from time as a FIFO Podiatrist in QLD, WA, and NSW.
Nathan has recently taken up golf and is a big fan of Premier League soccer.
Victoria is uniquely qualified with a Degree in Podiatric Medicine and Exercise Science. She is also our resident footwear expert, working as a Master Fit Technician at The Athlete’s Foot. Victoria has worked in hospitals and private practices throughout the Southern Sydney region and also spent time overseas in Galway, Ireland.
Managing our big team is no small feat, keeping us up to date with fresh data, evidence and new tech, Victoria is passionate about biomechanics and general podiatry. She is experienced in using exercise therapy, dry needling, injectable therapies and mobilisation to rehabilitate her patients.
Victoria is a massive foodie and enjoys walking her Sheltie Bailey.
